Please & Thanks is a group of hospitality professionals opening our own space, we would also like to talk about whiskey and make the hospitality industry a better place while doing it.

We have over 80 years combined experience either behind the stick or talking shop, we wear many hats but mostly we can't wait to make you a drink and have a chat.

Unfortunately we can't spill the beans on who's involved besides Nate White just yet.


The best thing about whiskey is the people who make it, pack it, move it, sell it, pour it, talk about it and drink it. We aim to educate hospitality professionals and whiskey lovers early in their journey and bring them in on that sense of community. We hope to do this through whiskey category education and community positive events and initiatives.

"Community positive" to us means we're mindful in our approach and leave a meaningful impact in a positive manner for anyone we engage with.

It's hard for 100% of any person's actions to not negatively impact someone somewhere, from clothes we wear to food we eat, 51% is all it takes for sustainable change.

We're opening a bar late 2023, we're throwing everything

under the name Please & Thanks, it's safe to say

there will be a fair amount of bourbon.

We're going to ask brands to support community events on

a regular basis, lots of brands mean the costs are shared

and the impact is larger.

We like to talk about whiskey, if you want to come and

drink some while we do that, keep track of our whiskey

focused events on socials.
